Homemade Simple Curry Chicken Drumsticks

Note: Water + chicken thighs (sliced) are directly boiled in the pot, ginger can be added or not (not important, it doesn’t matter if you forget it). After boiling, remove the clean water and filter, otherwise the meat will get old.
