Homemade Simple Shrimp Sauce (one Shrimp, Three Eats)
1.
Fresh shrimp heads after washing and draining water
2.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the wok (I put peanut oil here) and heat it on a low heat
3.
When the oil is slightly hot, add the shrimp heads, stir and turn over.
4.
Keep the heat on low, ten minutes later, the room is full of fragrance, and the shrimp heads gradually become crispy. After cooling slightly, drain the oil and remove the serving plate.
5.
The fragrant shrimp sauce is out of the pot, and the noodle stir fry will add a lot of flavor.
6.
The fried crispy shrimp heads are sprinkled with salt and pepper powder, and you can eat them directly. They are crispy, crispy and fragrant.
7.
This is another dish I made with shrimp: fried shrimp with okra
Tips:
It’s not difficult to make shrimp sauce, but there are a few things to note:
1. The shrimp head must be washed with dry water, otherwise it will keep splashing oil.
2. The heat must be controlled and it must be a small fire.
3. I have seen some people who have done it and said that after frying, let the shrimp heads soak in the oil for half an hour, so that the shrimp heads will not be so crispy, so I just remove them while it is hot. The amount of oil in itself is not large, it is fragrant enough, and I personally feel that there is no need to dip it again.
