Xo Sauce Slapped Fried Noodles

1. Dice carrots and separate salted egg whites and egg yolks.

2. After boiling the hot water, add the noodles, pick up after 1 minute, add edible oil and mix well to prevent the noodles from sticking to each other.

3. Add the green beans, carrots, and onions in a hot pan with cold oil, stir-fry for a few minutes, then pick up for use.

4. Add shrimp head, cooking wine, and low heat to make shrimp head oil.

5. Pick out the shrimp heads, add salted egg yolk, and stir-fry the egg whites.

6. Stir-fry and add carrots, green beans, onions and noodles. Add salt, light soy sauce, and XO sauce, stir fry and serve.
