Homemade Snacks-curry Beef Jerky

Wash beef

Cut the beef into four pieces, add water to a boil, put the beef in boiling water, and pick up the beef until there is no blood in the beef.

Cut the beef vertically into small pieces

Pour in the prepared chicken curry powder.

Stir well and marinate for 1 hour.

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, spread the marinated beef piece by piece on the tin foil, preheat the oven at 160 degrees and bake for about 1 hour, turn it over every 15 minutes, and roast until the beef is dried.

Tips:
The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to my own. The temperature of my oven is too high.
