Homemade Soy Milk

1. Soak the beans for 3 hours first. If it’s freezing, take longer to soak.

2. Use a soymilk machine to add water to beat the beans into a slurry, pour directly into the pot, and filter out bubbles.

3. Boil over medium heat

4. Filter out the foam again.

5. After adding sugar, it can be out of the pot

Tips:

1. If you want to drink without any residue, you can filter it again.
2. People must not walk away while cooking, soy milk will flow upwards when boiled.
