Homemade Spicy Cabbage

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, pears, apples, carrots, garlic, ginger, chili noodles, sugar, salt.

Break the cabbage and remove the old bangs, rinse and cut into quarters.

Pour the remaining sauce in the large bowl on the rolled cabbage, cover it, leave it at room temperature for a day, and let it ferment naturally, then put it in the refrigerator and eat it for about a week.
