Homemade Spicy Chicken

Prepare the materials in the picture (the dried chili can be used in the market, and I will use it if I have this at home).

Add shredded ginger to the chicken, 1 ticket light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, appropriate salt, thirteen spices, 1 spoon of rice wine, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes (the chicken’s salty taste is enough at one time, no need to add salt later) .
