Pour cooking wine, soy sauce, add tofu

Add half a bowl of water, add salt and chili oil, bring to a boil, wait until the tofu is flavorful, and when there is a little soup left, pour in water, starch, and heat until it is viscous, and serve.
Tips:
Tofu is blanched with salt, so it won’t break easily when cooked
