Homemade Spinach Fish Ball Soup
1.
The fish balls are taken out of the freezer, and the larger sea cucumber balls can be cut in half. Wash spinach, blanch, drain the water, and cut into sections for later use. Cut green onion and carrot slices
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the unfrozen fish balls and green onion directly into the water to heat
3.
The fish balls are heated until they float, and the vegetable oil, carrot slices, salt, and light soy sauce are mixed into the soup
4.
After the fish balls are fully cooked, add the chopped spinach and chicken powder, stir a few times and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. It is best to add chicken powder when the heat is turned off to avoid overheating, loss of umami flavor, and easy generation of harmful substances to the human body;
2. Fish balls can be made with fish meat, or you can buy quick-frozen ones. If you use fresh fish meat, you need to add cooking wine to remove fishy.
