Homemade Stew

Clean up the partial mouth fish and drain the water.

Heat oil, add scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Put in the partial mouth fish.

Heat up the fire, cook with cooking wine and vinegar.

Add some light soy sauce.

Add water to a boil to remove any scum.

Tips:
1. You don't have to use aged vinegar, just what you have at home.
2. Because the partial mouth fish is fragile, it is not suitable to be turned.
