Homemade Stinky Tofu

Cut the northern tofu into pieces and put it into the container.

Prepare three pieces of stinky fermented bean curd.

Use a little water to emulsify the stinky tofu and stir evenly.

Pour a high number of liquor.

Pour the adjusted stinky tofu liquid into the tofu.

Cover the container and store it in a cool place.

It can be eaten after 24 hours (wow, it smells so bad).

Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides. Sprinkle with chili noodles and cumin powder before serving.
