Homemade Stinky Tofu

1. Cut the northern tofu into pieces and put it into the container.

2. Prepare three pieces of stinky fermented bean curd.

3. Use a little water to emulsify the stinky tofu and stir evenly.

4. Pour a high number of liquor.

5. Pour the adjusted stinky tofu liquid into the tofu.

6. Cover the container and store it in a cool place.

7. It can be eaten after 24 hours (wow, it smells so bad).

8. Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides. Sprinkle with chili noodles and cumin powder before serving.
