Homemade Stinky Tofu

Prepare the ingredients for stinky tofu (wash, dry, and then fried, too much water, the oil is terrible when frying, so wash and dry) Red hot pepper (washed and sliced), ginger, garlic, onion, sliced and set aside.

Tips:
