Homemade Strawberry Jam
1.
Soak the strawberries in salt water, wash and cut into small cubes. Put a little water in the pot, add rock sugar and strawberries and boil.
2.
Boil for about 10 minutes and break the strawberries with a cooking stick. If you don’t have a cooking stick, cook for a while, cook until the strawberries are soft and rotten, or cut into smaller pieces.
3.
Just boil and stick.
Tips:
1. When cooking, keep stirring to prevent the pot from sticking.
2. Don't do too much at one time, it is especially easy to mold.
3. Put a clean glass bottle and keep it. If you can't finish it in a short time, put it in the microwave oven every few days, and then put it in the refrigerator after it cools to extend the shelf life.
4. Because there are no additives, it will not be as thick as the one bought.
