Homemade Strawberry Jam

Prepared ingredients.

Remove the stems of the strawberries and clean them.

The washed strawberries are cut into pieces, it doesn’t matter if they are bigger or smaller.

Put it in the pot and add sugar.

Boil on medium and low heat, and a lot of soup will appear after a while.

It looks like when it is boiled.

Stir continuously in one direction, and keep the heat on medium to low, and simmer for 40-45 minutes.

After cooling, bottle and seal and refrigerate.
Tips:
1. Small and medium fires throughout the process. Don't make the fire too big. If it is burnt, it will give up all the work.
2. As there are no additives, eat as soon as possible.
3. To clean the strawberries, first rinse them under running water for about 1 minute, then add baking soda to soak for a quarter of an hour, rinse again to remove the stalks, and finally rinse them with water again.
