Homemade Strawberry Jam

Strawberries are stalked.

Wash the stalked strawberries in water.
3.
Put the washed strawberries in a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. (Don't put water)
4.
Put the cooked strawberries in a wok and simmer on a medium-low heat until the moisture is dry.
5.
Add sugar and stir fry when the moisture is fast drying.
6.
Turn off the heat when the strawberries are viscous and put them in a bottle after cooling.
Tips:
White sugar is the best preservative, so put more sugar.
