Homemade Strawberry Jam

Remove the stalks and wash the strawberries, and control the moisture.

Cut the strawberry into small pieces with a knife.

Add white sugar, cover with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and let the moisture drain out overnight.

Put it in a wide-mouth pot, add rock sugar, and boil on high heat.

After boiling, turn to low heat, collect juice and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the lemon juice of half a lemon dropwise and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Put it in a container, let it cool, seal it, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as you eat.
