Homemade Strawberry Jam.

Buy the strawberries and soak them in brine for 10 minutes. Remove, rinse and drain.

Cut the strawberries into small cubes. I think the smaller the cut the better.

Add sugar and marinate for 10 minutes.

A lot of water will come out of the strawberries after marinating.

Pour water and strawberries into a non-stick pan over low heat and simmer slowly. Keep stirring during this period. I crushed the strawberries while stirring them.

Boil until the juice is almost collected and turn off the heat. The first time I made it, there were fewer strawberries, and it took more than 20 minutes to cook.

Let it cool and put it in a pre-sterilized and cleaned glass bottle~ Do not have water in the bottle, otherwise the strawberry jam will deteriorate easily.

Put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator~you're done~
