Homemade Sugar-free Yogurt

Put all the containers and utensils for making yogurt in boiling water for 5 minutes for disinfection.

Prepare 1000ml milk and a pack of Chuanxiu yogurt powder.

Pour the yogurt powder into the container.

Pour a carton of milk first, and then mix the powdered bacteria evenly.

Stir each box of milk evenly to ensure that the bacterial powder and milk are evenly mixed.

Divide the mixed milk. I use a 100ml yogurt bottle, which is exactly 10 bottles.

Put the divided milk into the bread machine, and add 200ML of warm water into the bucket of the bread machine. Start the yogurt function of the bread machine, the time is 8 hours.

Take out the yogurt after 8 hours, and the sugar-free yogurt is ready.
