Homemade Sugar-free Yogurt

Prepare milk, bacterial powder, yogurt maker, manual whisk

Scald the container and manual whisk with boiling water
3.
Pour the bacteria powder
4.
Add 200ml milk
5.
Stir evenly with a manual whisk
6.
Add the remaining 600ml milk
7.
Cover the lid and put it in the yogurt maker, plug in the power source, and keep it warm for 8-12 hours

1. As far as possible, choose high-temperature sterilized milk with high protein
