There is too much glutinous rice flour at home...

Ingredients

Homemade Taro Balls

1. Cut sweet potatoes

2. Steam on the pot for 30 minutes

3. Add some sugar when it’s hot, add it according to your sweet preference

4. Add glutinous rice flour until it is not sticky and knead into a ball

5. Roll into strips and cut into small pieces

6. Add the chopped glutinous rice flour to the bowl so that it won’t stick together

7. Yellow taro balls

8. Sift out excess glutinous rice flour with purple taro balls

Tips:

Glutinous rice flour is easy to produce water. If you don’t think there is too much glutinous rice flour at home, you can replace it with tapioca flour. You can make more and freeze it in the refrigerator and take it out directly next time. In fact, you can also add white yam for a beautiful color. I might buy it. I took a root fake yam and steamed back and forth for several hours.
