Homemade Tofu

Soak dried soybeans in water overnight

Use a juice machine to add 3000 ml of water to grind into soy milk

Bring the non-stick pan to a boil on high heat. After the foam disappears, cook on low heat for five minutes, and let the boiled soy milk stand for about 10 minutes.

Two sachets of brine are dissolved with 300ml of water, a little bit is slowly poured into the soy milk, while gently stirring with a spoon, put the brine

Wait for the soy milk to become flocculent and let it stand for 30 minutes. Cover the lid and keep it warm.

Pour it into a pre-sterilized tofu box, cover it with a tofu bag, and press it with a heavy object for 20 minutes. If you want to eat tender, it will take shorter time, and if you want to eat harder, it will take longer.

After being pressed, it becomes tofu. You can eat whatever you want. The taste is really good. It has a tofu flavor that you can never buy outside!
