Homemade Tofu

Prepare tofu, garlic and minced ginger.

Pour fried tofu into the pan.

Flip and fry until golden brown.

Pour a little oil into the pan and sauté fragrant garlic, minced ginger, and a spoonful of bean paste.

Heat the water.

Add tofu and simmer for a few minutes.

Add starch to thicken.
