Homemade Tofu

One piece of soybean curd, cut into about 1.5cm square quickly.

Boil in light brine for 5 minutes.

Control to remove moisture.

Chopped green onion and cilantro

Slowly fry tofu in a wok with hot oil. .

Fry until the tofu noodles are slightly burnt. Pour in half a spoon of soy sauce and salt. A spoonful of oyster sauce. Add a bowl of water. Simmer over low heat.

The water is about to simmer, just add the green onion and parsley.
Tips:
The tofu is boiled in salt water first, which is firmer and less fragile.
