Tofu is rich in nutrients, contains iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and other trace elements necessary for the human body. It also contains sugar, vegetable oil and rich high-quality protein. Homemade Tofu

1. Soak the soybeans overnight in advance.

2. Juicer grinds soy milk.

3. Skim the foam on the surface of the soy milk.

4. Soy milk is filtered.

5. Cook the soy milk, stirring constantly while cooking, to prevent the bottom of the pot from getting stuck.

6. After the soy milk is cooked, turn off the heat, and slowly pour in 40 ml of rice vinegar after 10 minutes.

7. Stir until the soy milk is lumpy.

8. Pour the soy milk into the tofu box.

9. Cover the lid.

10. Weight the object, about half an hour.

11. Demoulding.

Tips:

When the soy milk is boiled, keep stirring while cooking to prevent the bottom of the pot from getting stuck.
