Homemade Tofu

Soft tofu is the best choice for this homemade tofu. The fried tofu has a soft texture and a smooth taste. However, you need to be careful not to turn it into pieces during the fry. Be sure to wait until the bottom of the tofu is browned before turning it over.
The main seasoning of this dish is oyster sauce and light soy sauce. The saltiness is relatively large, so there is no need to add salt.
