Homemade Tofu Brain

Wash the dried soybeans and soak in water for about 12 hours. (Take the standard capacity of household soymilk machine 1.2 and 1.3L as an example. Take 150 grams of dried soybeans and clean them, soak them in cold water for 6 to 8 hours in summer, and soak them for 10 to 14 hours in winter. Do not over soak them.)

Take out the soaked soybeans and beat 1300ml of water to make soy milk. ()
