Homemade Tofu Brain

100g dried soybeans rinsed and soaked overnight

Add 900ml of soaked soybeans to the soymilk to make soy juice

Boil the soy sauce

Prepare a package of lactone, (one package is exactly 3g) melt it with warm water

Pour the soy juice into it, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes
6.
After 15 minutes, the soy juice becomes a delicate and smooth tofu brain
7.
Scoop out a few spoons and put in a bowl
8.
Put coriander and dried shrimp
9.
Pour light soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, homemade chicken powder, delicious tofu brain is ready to eat
