Homemade Tomato Sauce

Wash 2 tomatoes and draw a cross knife.

Scald it in boiling water and remove it after the skin is rolled up.

Peel off the skin and cut into pieces after removing the stalks.

Put the tomato chunks into the juicer.

Beat into tomato juice.

Pour the beaten tomato juice into an oil-free and water-free pot, and add rock sugar.

When it is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and stir slowly, boil until viscous, squeeze in half of the lemon juice.

Continue to stir for about 2 minutes.

Let it cool for a while, put it in a water-free and oil-free bottle, and keep it tightly sealed. It will be no problem to store it in the refrigerator for a week.
