Homemade Whipped Cream

The yam is peeled and steamed in advance, or peeled after steaming.

Add the yam, milk, and white sugar to the cooking cup. I use a manual cooking machine. Any cooking machine can be used. The purpose is to break the yam into mud, not a single piece.

Then change to a whisk to increase the air. You will find that the yam puree becomes lighter and lighter. It can be as fine as you like, and it can be delicate or grainy. It is best for children to eat.

Put the piping bag into a large piping mouth. My piping mouth is a bit small. Put the yam mud like whipped cream into the piping bag, and add a proper amount of fire dragon juice to the side of the piping bag. Use juice without dragon fruit seeds. Black seeds are not good-looking.
