Homemade Winter Melon Meatball Soup
1.
Add some starch to the meat filling, stir it in one direction, and then use the gap between your thumb and index finger to squeeze out round meatballs and scoop them out, one by one like I did to make round meatballs. You can also make the meatballs and put them in the refrigerator, and eat them when you want to eat them.
2.
Put the meatballs first, wait for the pot to boil, add winter melon when the balls float, cover the pot and simmer for a while
3.
After the pot is boiled, add a little chicken essence to taste, and a proper amount of salt. Sprinkle in the chopped coriander, shallots, and a little sesame oil to complete!
Tips:
Be sure to wait until the winter melon is cooked before turning off the heat
