Homemade Yogurt

1. Pour 800ml of milk into the yogurt bucket

2. Prepare two packs of Wansei + Probiotics

3. Pour the probiotic powder into the milk and mix well

4. Add two tablespoons of Qinling clay honey to the milk and mix well

5. Pour freshly boiled hot water into the outer tub of yogurt

6. Put the well-stirred milk inner bucket into the outer container

7. Cover and ferment for 8 hours

8. The mellow yogurt is ready

Tips:

To make yogurt at home, you must use healthy probiotics, otherwise it will be no different from the ones sold on the street. I use Wanse Yi + probiotics and Qinling clay honey, so it is healthier, and it is because I use it. This is Yijiyou’s yogurt maker, which does not need to be plugged in. If you use a plug-in yogurt maker, you can mix the yogurt evenly and plug it in for fermentation.
