Homemade Yogurt

Prepare the materials and containers for making yogurt. The yogurt machine I use can make 1 liter of yogurt at a time. The raw materials used are "1 liter of whole milk + 0.1 grams of bacterial powder". This is only the ratio of the bacterial powder I use. Different bacterial powders use different grams, please follow the relevant instructions

Heat the whole milk to about 90 degrees (do not boil, just close to boiling), turn off the heat, and cool

Scoop the curdled milk skin on the surface of the milk and do not use it, otherwise it will affect the taste of the yogurt

When the milk is cooled to warm (about 30 degrees), add 0.1 g of bacterial powder and stir evenly

Pour the milk into the bottling bottle, then put it into the yogurt maker, plug in the power and turn on the machine. Generally, the yogurt is ready in about 12 hours

According to your own taste, you can add sugar or honey, jam, various fruit pieces, etc. to the prepared yogurt

I usually add the fruits she likes to Xiaoguai, such as bananas, blueberries, etc., and cut them into small slices or mix them with yogurt.
