Homemade Yogurt

Prepare whole milk and lactic acid bacteria.

Wash the bread bucket and disinfect with boiling water, dry it, and then pour the lactic acid bacteria into the bread bucket.

Add 1 teaspoon of caster sugar.

Then pour in the whole milk.
5.
Stir with a small spoon until the caster sugar has melted.
6.
Put the bread bucket into the bread machine.
7.
Start the yogurt function of the bread maker.
8.
The yogurt will be made after 8 hours, and put it in the refrigerator after taking it out.
Tips:
Add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar when making yogurt, the yogurt made will not be too sour.
