Yogurt is recognized as an ideal food for all ages. Yogurt is favored by consumers because of its unique flavor, moderate sweetness and sourness, pleasant aroma, rich nutrition, and a variety of beneficial lactic acid bacteria.

Homemade Yogurt

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. The yogurt container and spoon are disinfected with boiling water, and the water is dried.

3. Pour a small amount of milk to mix the lactic acid bacteria.

4. Pour in all the milk and stir well the sugar.

5. Put the lid on, turn on the power, and it will take about 8-10 hours.

6. The prepared yogurt solidifies very well, like tofu brains.

7. Put it into a glass bottle or wrap the container in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator.
