Homemade Yogurt

Prepare the ingredients, I use Yili pure milk, yogurt starter

Scald the container with boiling water, I will put it in the pot and boil for disinfection, and take it out to dry

Pour in a bag of milk, then pour in half a bag of yogurt starter, add some sugar and stir evenly, I added 3 spoons, and finally pour in all the milk and stir evenly

Pour the yogurt into the container, close the lid, and put it in the yogurt maker

Put it into the yogurt machine and cover the lid, set the time to 8-10 hours to start making yogurt

The successfully made yogurt is tofu-like, and it tastes better after being kept in the refrigerator
Tips:
To make yogurt, scald all the containers used in boiling water for disinfection, otherwise it is easy to cause bacteria to cause the yogurt to fail to ferment. The yogurt will taste better after being kept in the refrigerator for a few hours. The prepared yogurt is a bit sour. Taste better
