Homemade Yogurt
1.
Sterilize the yogurt container with freshly boiled water
2.
Beat the white sugar into powdered sugar (because the milk is not heated, add powdered sugar and stir to melt easily)
3.
Pour part of the milk and add the powdered sugar
4.
Add bacteria powder
5.
Stir evenly with sterilized chopsticks
6.
Pour in the remaining milk and stir well
7.
Cover the lid of the container and put it into the yogurt maker (you can add some warm water to the yogurt maker when the temperature is low)
8.
The yogurt machine is powered on and works
9.
About 6-8 hours, the yogurt is fermented and solidified
10.
Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours and you can eat it
Tips:
Things that come into contact with milk must be disinfected to avoid destroying the bacteria and causing the fermentation of yogurt to fail.
