Homemade Yogurt

Prepare the materials first

Sterilize the container with hot water first, pour a small amount of milk, bacterial powder, and white sugar

Hand pump and stir well

Pour in the remaining milk and stir gently

Put it in the yogurt machine and ferment for about 10 hours

After fermentation, put it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours. Add fresh fruit, jam or honey when you eat it.
Tips:
1. After the yogurt is passivated, the taste is best. It is better to take the yogurt out in advance before eating the yogurt when the body is cold.
2. It is not necessary to put white sugar during fermentation, and mix honey and jam when eating.
