Homemade Yogurt

Prepare for work, wash the container of yogurt, put it in boiling water and boil it for disinfection, and then drain the water

Heat on a small fire, stirring constantly

Turn off the heat after heating to 42 degrees, this level of granulated sugar has basically melted

Add a small packet of Bifidobacterium yogurt powder and mix well

Put it in a small container

Cover the lid and put it in the bread bucket

Start the yogurt program

It has solidified after fermentation, take it out and cool and store in the refrigerator
Tips:
The time for different yogurt programs in the bread machine is also different, mine is 6 hours.
