Scald the container and lid of the yogurt with boiling water for more than 1 minute, disinfect, and then pour the milk into the container

Turn on the power of the yogurt machine and ferment. The fermentation time is 8 hours. Do not open the lid during the production process, because the yogurt is formed in the last hour.

After 8 hours, unplug the power, it has turned into a tofu flower shape, and the yogurt is fermented.

The fermented yogurt can be consumed immediately, but it is not the best taste. You can put the container in the refrigerator to passivate it. After 24 hours, the yogurt has a pure fragrance and a better taste. I refrigerated it slightly and mixed with homemade rose sauce, which tastes great
Tips:
1. Do not open the lid during the production process, because the yogurt is formed in the last hour;
