Homemade Yogurt
1.
Sterilize the inner container of the yogurt maker with boiling water for one minute, and then prepare 1L pure milk!
2.
Pour 1L of milk first
3.
Add a small packet of yogurt baking powder and two or three spoons of sugar (white sugar can be put now, or you can put it later when you eat it.) Stir well, then pour in the remaining pure milk and continue to stir.
4.
Stir in one direction, or the taste is not delicate enough.
5.
Cover the lid, plug in the electricity, and ferment for 8 to 12 hours.
6.
Okay, fermentation is complete! Put it in the refrigerator, take it out and add some honey when you eat it, it tastes better! In fact, it can be eaten at this time, but the taste is not as good as putting it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
The taste of the freshly made yogurt is different from the one you bought, and it is slightly sour than the supermarket's. This is normal. When you need to eat later, you can add honey or sugar. After I made it, one of the small bottles was filled with honey and jam. It tasted very good, just like the fruit yogurt sold in the supermarket.
