Homemade Yogurt

Lactic acid bacteria powder, each with 5 billion (3 billion commercially available) acid-resistant probiotics.
In addition, there are seven healthy strains: Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Streptococcus thermophilus.

Nutrient composition table, it is zero trans fat, not afraid of fat, rest assured to eat

Clean the inner container of the yogurt maker, scald it with boiling water and disinfect it

Pour the lactic acid bacteria powder into the container, pour a small amount of milk and stir evenly

Pour in all the remaining milk and mix well

After stirring evenly, put it into the yogurt machine

Heating for 8-10 hours, the surface is smooth and agglomerated, with a strong yogurt flavor.
Tips:
Homemade yogurt has no sweet taste. You can put some honey and eat it, or add some personal favorite fruits. The taste is great. If you have not eaten it, put it in the refrigerator after cooling. It is recommended to eat it within 2~4 days
