Homemade Yogurt

Prepare bacterial powder and pure milk. The milk container should be sterilized by high temperature. The inner pot of the yogurt maker, (blanch with boiling water for 10 minutes, and the inside of the lid should be hot too.)

Add pure milk to the inner tank, then add a packet of bacterial powder, and sugar, and gently stir evenly.

Then pour about 40 degrees warm water between the inner container and the outer container of the yogurt machine, and the liquid level is half a centimeter below the mouth of the inner container.

Put the inner pot into the yogurt machine, turn on the electricity, and ferment for 8-10 hours.

The prepared yogurt is solidified and warm. Put the yogurt into a small bottle, close the lid, and put it in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator overnight to get a better taste.
Tips:
Freshly made yogurt is not the best to drink. After being passivated in the refrigerator, it tastes better and thicker~
