Homemade Yogurt

Prepare milk and yogurt fermentation strains.

Wash the inner bucket and spoon of the bread maker and blanch them with boiling water. (The purpose is to remove the bacteria)

Put a small portion of milk first, sprinkle in the bacteria, and stir. Then add all the milk and stir.

The bread machine selects the yogurt program, which takes about 8 hours to complete.

It can be eaten after it is finished, or it can be placed in the refrigerator and refrigerated for a few hours. Part of the surface layer will be separated out and the yogurt will become more viscous.
6.
Add condensed milk or honey to yogurt and decorate with fruits, biscuits and nuts.
