Homemade Yogurt

Take a small amount of milk and pour it into the container of the yogurt maker

Pour the bacteria powder into the milk to dissolve

Add other milk and mix well

Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir until the sugar melts

Yogurt machine set for 8 hours

Yogurt after 8 hours

Stir the milk until smooth
Tips:
For milk, choose normal temperature milk for 6-10 hours. The time is short, not too sour, and the time is long. If the yogurt is more sour, you can eat it directly. If you like smoothness, just stir it evenly.
