Because there is no bacterial powder, yogurt is used as the primer. The yogurt of origin milk is fermented from milk, and it feels better than fermented milk powder. The bread machine you use can be eaten in 8 hours without having to worry about it. Add a little mint and eat it together to make it refreshing. If not, it can be kept indoors in summer. Generally, it may take up to 24 hours to ferment.

Homemade Yogurt

1. Prepare 100ml plain yogurt and 500ml whole milk.

2. Pour milk into the bread machine

3. Stir in yogurt

4. Turn on yogurt mode, fermentation is 8 hours by default

5. Make it the night before and you will be able to eat it the next day

6. Cut some fruits you like and mix them together to eat

Tips:

1. The finished product is not sweet, you can add the amount of sugar according to your taste
2. All kinds of yogurt can be mixed in, choose the one you like
