Homemade Yogurt

Prepare ingredients.

After cleaning the inner pot of the yogurt maker, put it in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Pour milk at room temperature.

Add yogurt bacteria powder.

Stir well.

Close the inner lid.

The yogurt machine is powered on for 8-10 hours. I usually do it at night. The yogurt machine works overnight and it will be ready the next morning.

The prepared yogurt is kept in a cold storage, and when you eat it, you can add honey or other fruits to your taste for better taste.
