It is well known that yogurt has very high nutritional content, but the yogurt sold on the market contains a lot of food additives, so now I make yogurt at home. As long as there is a yogurt maker, you can easily make yogurt at home, and you can also mix and match your favorite fruits at will. The taste is super!

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. After cleaning the inner pot of the yogurt maker, put it in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes.

3. Pour milk at room temperature.

4. Add yogurt bacteria powder.

5. Stir well.

6. Close the inner lid.

7. The yogurt machine is powered on for 8-10 hours. I usually do it at night. The yogurt machine works overnight and it will be ready the next morning.

8. The prepared yogurt is kept in a cold storage, and when you eat it, you can add honey or other fruits to your taste for better taste.
