Homemade Yogurt in Bread Maker

Prepare 1L milk at room temperature. I use 4 small packets of 250ml milk and a small packet of yogurt starter. If the starter is frozen in the refrigerator, it should be placed at room temperature for 15 minutes.

The bread bucket and the stirring chopsticks are blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes in advance, and then the water is controlled dry, and then a glass of milk is poured first.

Pour the yogurt starter. Stir with chopsticks.

Pour the remaining three cups of milk, stir again, and put the bucket into the bread machine.

It becomes very sticky.

Put some sugar or honey and refrigerate for a few hours to taste better.
