Containers and tools for making yogurt: 6 200ml glass bottles, 1 larger container, and 1 spoon. Sterilize the above tools at high temperature (I put them in boiling water and boil them for 3 minutes, then wipe them all with clean kitchen paper)

Pour 1000 grams of milk into the container, then pour the bacteria powder and granulated sugar, and stir evenly with a spoon until the sugar is completely melted.

Use a spoon to scoop the mixed milk liquid into the glass bottle.

Screw on the bottle cap and put it in the bread bucket.

Set the yogurt function. The yogurt program of this hot cyclone toaster is 8 hours by default, and it can be adjusted within 6-12 hours. Because the temperature is a bit high now, I adjusted it for 7 hours.

After the end, the bread machine will beep, then you can take out the yogurt, please put the yogurt in the refrigerator for storage.
Tips:
1. The best tasting time for yogurt is usually 3 days, because yogurt has the most probiotics at this time, and the probiotics will be less and less as the time is left. If the container is more rigorously disinfected and the bottle is well sealed, refrigerate There is no problem saving for a week.
2. The 200ml glass bottle I use, the bread machine barrel can barely squeeze 3 in one layer, it is recommended to put 2 200ml + 2 100ml in one layer, if there is no glass bottle, you can also directly operate it in the bread machine barrel. Repack them into suitable containers later, but also pay attention to disinfection and sealing.
