Homemade Yogurt (rice Cooker Version)

Sterilize the bottle with yogurt in an oven at 120 degrees for 20 minutes

Add sugar to the milk, I use yellow rock sugar, don’t boil it, heat it to about 70 degrees, turn off the heat, and let the sugar dissolve.

If the milk is still hot after the sugar is melted, it needs to be cooled down to about 40 degrees

Add a packet of bacterial powder, I use children's bacterial powder, mix the bacterial powder with a small amount of milk, then pour it into the milk and mix well

Divide into bottles

Add some hot water to the rice cooker, the water temperature is about 40 degrees, put the baby bottle, the water should not exceed the bottle cap, and the cap should be kept for 8-10 hours. Remember not to power on! I did it at 8pm, and it was formed at 8pm the next day, and it was stored in the refrigerator.
