Homemade Yogurt (rice Cooker Version)

Ingredients: 500ML milk, 1 pack of yogurt baking powder

Sterilize rice cookers and containers for fermented yogurt with boiling water

Pour the milk into the container and add the baking powder

Stir well with chopsticks

Pour boiling water into the rice cooker and put it on the steaming rack

Cover the yogurt bowl and place it on the steaming rack
7.
The rice cooker is set to keep warm, about 6 hours

Take it out to cool at room temperature, it's best to eat after refrigeration

Tips:
1, 1 pack of baking powder can ferment 1L of milk, there are only 2 cartons of milk at home, so half a pack is wasted
2. When mixing and stirring, it must be evenly stirred, and there should be no powder lumps.
3. Do not add more water to the rice cooker than the steaming rack
4. I usually make it at night before going to bed, and it tastes good in the morning
5. It is delicious with jam after refrigeration. If you like sweetness, add some sugar to the milk and stir it before fermenting
